​ALL SERVICES: All services are not available at all locations. Discounts are not combinable. All new clients will be required to fill out an intake and consent form and are encouraged to arrive 5-10 minutes before appt time for Serendipity location appointments to ensure the intake process does not subtract from service time. By booking online, in person, via phone/text, or accepting an appointment in any manner, you acknowledge and understand that these are NOT sexualized services and any attempt or indication towards that will immediately end the service with full charge, no refunds, and you will be banned from receiving massage from Massage by Virgil. Availability is subject to change without notice. Please relay all allergies, injuries, areas to avoid, and concerns prior to massage (this includes HIV/AIDS, PTSD, dementia, or any other auto-immune or cognitive decline issues - none of which will automatically exclude a person from being able to receive massage or other body work).  No persons under the age of 18 will be worked on unless accompanied by a parent/guardian for the entire session.

 

CONTACTING: Since this is a one woman show unless otherwise applicable (couples, spa parties, etc), texting, emailing, or sending a message via the form at the bottom of page is recommended for fastest response as I may be in service and unable to answer. If calling, please leave a voicemail with name, phone number, desired service, date, and time range you are looking for. I will respond by the end of the business day (6pm).

PAYMENTS/GRATUITY: All forms of payment are accepted. Checks payable to Massage by Virgil will be deposited by the end of the next business day. No change will be made and payment is due at time of service or before. Cash gratuity should be paid to your therapist directly. Sessions will be immediately cancelled with no refunds for improper conduct as listed in the intake form.

 

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/WAITLIST POLICY: All appointments are given at least a 48 hour text or email confirmation. If you must cancel or reschedule, do so up to 24 hours before appointment time to avoid cancellation fee up to the full service cost, gift certificate, or deposit. If a future date or time desired is not available and you'd like to be placed on the waitlist, call/text or send a message and you will be notified if that spot opens up.

HOUSE-CALL MASSAGE: Please allow for 20-30 minutes before and after session time for set up and take down. A space of 8ftx7ft is generally enough room for the massage table and moving around it. Access to an electrical outlet is highly recommended.​​​​

PREGNANCY:  Prenatal massage  coming in 2028! Unfortunately, at this time, I do not offer prenatal massage or massage at any stage of pregnancy. Please do not withhold pregnancy status as this can encourage miscarriage, especially in the first trimester. If you are having trouble finding a prenatal massage therapist, please reach out and I will get you connected with another excellent provider who understands how a woman's body changes during this time and can focus on your special needs!

PRICE CHANGES: Prices have been updated in October 2025 to reflect an incorporated house call charge for locations in Colorado Springs. For locations outside of Colorado Springs please inquire. Regularly scheduled price changes occur every July 1st and are valid until July 1st of the following year, at which point most services will increase by $2 to account for inflation. Coupons, credits, flyer deals, gift cards and special offers made in 2025 prior to this update in October 2025 will still be honored through July 1, 2026.
